All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Yoon Jewels reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again at with the correct information.

Yoon Jewels does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on yoonjewels.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Yoon Jewels will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, the discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Yoon Jewels shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Yoon Jewels shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Our jewelry is sold in as-is condition. Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.

If an item purchased from Yoon Jewels incurs damaged, please return it to the store. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.


Web returns are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

Yoon Jewels will gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt. Special orders, custom jewelry, final sales are not eligible for return.

Items are eligible for repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by Yoon Jewels.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Yoon Jewels will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Yoon Jewels returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

We ship domestically using USPS. We offer express and priority mailing services. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at the time of checkout. Express mail is guaranteed 2 day delivery, while priority mail is 2-3 day delivery.


We ship internationally to all countries. Rates are calculated at time of checkout. Yoon Jewels is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on the destination but is generally 3 to 5 business days. Some items may not be shipped internationally.


Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Yoon Jewels only ships packages Monday through Friday.
